You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply fill in the form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs for the least expensive standard delivery offered (except for additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the withdrawn goods or you provided evidence that you sent the goods back — whichever is earlier.
We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. If we make a bank transfer, it will be to the account from which payment was made or an account you provide as part of the withdrawal. In no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss of value results from handling of the goods not necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.
